We’ve found it!  A great flash website platform that is also search engine friendly!  We’ve been able to play around a bit and the platform allows us to enter the Google Analytics ID #, give pages Title, Description, and Keywords, and more!  So we’ll be testing it over the next couple of months and will have more updates for those who really want a flash website, but have just been too worried about the search engine friendliness.
