Refund Policy

In the event that Client advises Designer to temporarily stop work or in the event that Client fails to reply to Designer’s inquiries and in the event that either of the foregoing lasts for more than fourteen (14) consecutive days, Designer shall be entitled to place further work on the website at a lower place on Designer’s production schedule. If the foregoing lasts more than 6 months, Designer will cancel the project and no refunds will be given.

In the event Client or Designer elects to cancel Designer’s work and the within agreement, Designer shall have the right but not the obligation to refund a portion of any sums previously paid by Client. If Designer elects to refund a portion of the Client’s fees, refund will be based on hours spent on the project including consultation, rather than on arbitrary measures such as the number of pages or percentage of work completed.

In the event that Designer agrees to refund any sums previously paid by Client, Designer shall be entitled to deduct from any refund to Client any and all fees and costs incurred by Designer, including but not limited to fees paid to other parties including but not limited to subcontractors, Designer’s representatives, or other fees and costs of any kind.
